Well first and foremost thank you whoever you are for being here, reading this and taking time out of your day to visit.
I started tattooing a little over three years ago since I came to this art form I cant seem to shut off the passion for it, not that I ever would want to, morning ,noon and late late night I work to better my art, tattooing, and myself . I take a look around once I in awhile and see the faces of my friends and I know how much these guys had to put up with and how much they have pushed me I am truly a product of there encouragements and most of all my success belongs to them
Crazy enough I opened at shop not really knowing much about tattooing a few failed starts and many years of stops finally after (insert depressingly classical music )losing most of what I had built up wife , house , car , money, friends and a business . I found myself in a shitty apartment wondering , waiting and even begging for a sign on what to do next I pushed and pushed , with all of my old tattoo equipment in storage or sold I found on the living room table a tattoo magazine like a brick to my head it hit me .I sold what possessions I had left; mind you not much; and spent the next nine months battling with the city of Hayward to open Russell city tattoo from that point on there has been nothing but tattooing and art this, lead me to the revelation well more of an art fag moment .I’m far more interested in art(tattooing drawing painting you name it ) then I ever will be in money so I sold my shop my shop Russell city tattoo an amazing guy Patrick Jones (check him out in the friends area ) and now I’m about to embark on a U.S. tour if there is place in this great country where tattooing is pushing the envelope I’m going to be there I might be in your town soon so keep checking back soon
Much love and respect
